What is Shiatsu Shin Tai?
Shiatsu Shin Tai
Shiatsu Shin Tai is a dynamic form of bodywork that combines elements from the 'finger pressure' technique of Shiatsu, developed in Japan in the early 1900's, with the more recent Shin Tai "source body' protocol that addresses subtle energy memory systems that have accumulated in the body.
Shiatsu is one of the main therapies practiced in the US within the larger professional of Asian Bodywork Therapies. The newer life force recover protocol, Shiatsu Shin Tai, fuses the traditional Shiatsu massage treatment, using pressure along the meridians, with the more gentle touch of Shin Tai; restoring and recovering the body's natural vibration on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
Shiatsu Shin Tai gives the practitioner a deeper theoretical understanding of life force recovery to diagnose a person's underlying issues and provides innovative techniques to clear stress from the body and stimulate energy flow. Shiatsu Shin Tai includes techniques to release the soft tissue (fascia), joint and muscles, chakra and meridan. Working on multiple levels (mind, body, spirit), the work of life force recovery, helps the receiver let go of negative patterns of stress and anxiety and in turn, their body's functions better, they think clearer, and overall emotional wellbeing is found.
